Skeel Reservoir on Wellshire Golf Course is an early-1900s high‑hazard dam no longer needed for water supply. With the Highline Canal disconnected, it now only retains stormwater. The project will decommission and regrade the reservoir, lower the dam, add spillways, new piping, irrigation, and support upgrades to the driving range.
